Charles L. Marshall
Mr. Marshall began his working career as an Industrial Engineer in the Steel industry.
He moved into the technology field using his engineering experience to develop what is
no called enterprise systems. His career has spanned working for and moving through the
ranks of major Fortune 500 companies as well as start up ventures. He moved out of the
information systems field to positions where he managed and implemented enterprise
systems in more than 50 plants in the steel, wire & cable, printing and electronic industries.
Positions held include project manager, plant manager, and corporate director of materials
managing budgets in excess of $150 million. He took his broad manufacturing experience
and became a consultant for a small software company specializing in the development of
enterprise software. After planying a major role with Arista Manufacturing Systems, Inc, later
sold to Xerox, he moved back into the corporate world in sales management as part of a team
that grew in revenues from $35 million to $350 million in less than 4 years. He then became and
entrepreneur and bought his first consulting and hardware distributorship. He founded several
other businesses related to the development and implementation of Enterprise, Just-In-Time
and Supply Chain applications. Duing his career he has opened and managed distribution
offices in Europe and Central America. He has traveled extensively and is comfortable in the
boardroom of a Fortune 100 company or the office of a privately owned small company.
Charlie has merger-acquisition and IPO experience.

Mr. Marshall holds an engineering degree from the University of Pennsylvania
